One owner, start to finish
Noah quotes every job himself. On bigger jobs he brings in an extra pair of hands, but you'll always know who's responsible for the result, and you'll have his contact details from the first message to the final walk-around.
He services the Sutherland Shire by appointment. This site is a trading name of his business, ClearView Exterior Services (ABN 67 460 189 648), which is GST registered and fully insured with $10M public liability.
How we work
- We look first. Before the price is final, Noah checks the material, its condition and how much build-up there is.
- Matched to the surface. A strong clean for concrete and pavers, and a gentle soft wash for tiles, render, cladding and paint.
- Honest advice. If something isn't safe or worth cleaning, he'll say so at the quote.
- Your place protected. Gardens are wet down and cars are moved clear of the spray.
- Fixed prices. The written price is what you pay, unless you ask for extra work.
- Walk-around. Before packing up, you look over the job together, and anything missed in the quoted areas gets done.
What customers say about Noah
“Noah from Clearview is a total professional. Super responsive to messages, and not afraid of hard work. Did a great job restoring my driveway, using quality products and not skimping. I've already recommended him to 3 others as he does so many other exterior services, and will continue to do so. Thank you”
“Clearview clean down our 2 roofs, the two story annex had not been done since construction, 6 years ago. They did a fantastic job, very thorough, on time at a really good price. No hesitation in referring them to other customers.”
