Who we are
Shire Pressure Washing is a trading name of ClearView Exterior Services (ABN 67 460 189 648), run by Noah. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote we collect your name, mobile number, email address if you give it, suburb, the services you're interested in, your message and any photos you send. If you call or email, we keep a record of that conversation.
Why we collect it
To prepare and send your quote, book and do the job, invoice you, and contact you about that job. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone for their marketing.
Where it's stored
Quote requests go into our customer management system (HighLevel), which stores data on secure cloud servers that may be located outside Australia. Access is limited to Noah and the people who help run the business.
Photos
Photos you send are used to price your job. We'll only use photos of your property on this website or elsewhere with your permission, and never with your address.
