Where pressure cleaning belongs
Concrete and pavers are the surfaces that can take real pressure, and they're the ones that need it. Shaded driveways under gums and jacarandas go black with mould, steep Shire driveways get slippery after rain, and paved entertaining areas near pools collect moss in the joints.
Flat concrete is cleaned in even passes with commercial-grade gear and degreased where needed, then the edges, steps and corners are detailed so the finish is consistent.

Driveway cleaning questions
How much does driveway cleaning cost?
Concrete pressure cleaning is from $4 per square metre including GST, with degreasing included. Heavily stained or oily concrete that needs extra degreasing and scrubbing is about $4.50 per square metre. Pavers and small jobs are quoted separately.
Can you get oil stains out?
Degreasing is included and lifts most fresh and moderate oil stains. Old stains that have soaked deep into the concrete often fade a lot but can leave a mark, and we'll say so before we start.
Will pressure cleaning damage my pavers?
Not when the pressure suits the paver. We adjust for the surface and keep the jointing sand in place as much as possible. If joints need re-sanding afterwards, we'll tell you.
How long does it take?
A typical single driveway and path is done in part of a day. Larger areas, steep driveways or jobs with sealing take longer, and your quote will say.
Do you clean around pools?
Yes. Pool surrounds, coping and paved entertaining areas are cleaned with care to keep runoff away from the pool where possible.
Slippery paths and safety
Moss and algae on paths and steps are slippery when wet, which matters for older residents, visitors and anyone carrying shopping up a steep Shire driveway. A proper clean removes the growth rather than just the surface dirt.
For strata buildings, slippery common paths are often the first complaint. We can clean those areas on a day that suits residents, with notice for cars to be moved.
